In everything we do, we bring a great level of intentionality — especially our pairing process. It’s important that both our Clients and Advocates have a say in who they’re working with. We don’t just want to tick to-do boxes—we want this to be a long-term, impactful relationship that’s a win-win for both parties.
After our team reviews your needs, hopes, and goals for hiring an EA, we go to our roster of Advocates and narrow the search. We take into consideration things like software expertise, specific industry experience, and time zone preference.
We want to ensure this is a good fit for both you and the Advocate.
The Hey Girl Friday® Way
We’re shaking up the remote support industry.
Minimum Commitment, Month-to-Month Contracts
All of our contracts are month-to-month; you can pause or end our agreement at any time with 14 days written notice. No, this is not a gimmick. Yes, we really have month-to-month engagements.
Intentional Pairing Process
Our pairing process is unmatched; we meet with you to learn about your business, what your pain points are, and what you’re looking for in an EA. From there, you get a say in who you’re working with: You get to meet with your potential Advocate before any commitment (contractual or financial, holler) to explore the potential partnership. Once we get the green light from both you and the Advocate, we’ll sign our first, month-long contract. Easy as pie.
Well-vetted Roster
Our Advocates are professionals and the best-of-the-best at what they do. We hire less than 1% of all candidates who apply to join our team; we’re looking for individuals who truly want to be here and want to come alongside our Clients to make a difference and impact on their lives.
Flexible Time Commitments
Our minimum commitment is 5 hours/wk (1 hour/day). Need more than that? No problem. Our Contracts work in blocks of five: 5, 10, 15… all the way up to 40 hours/wk. Need more hours some months and less others? No problem. We can scale up (and down) as needed.
