We’re looking for Clients who understand the value an Advocate can bring; our Clients are looking to enlist a trusted resource to absorb their administrative duties knowing the impact it will have on their life and business.

To put it simply: be prepared. Look, you don’t have to have a full-blown onboarding process, job description, and 30-day expectations all laid out (although, those things don’t hurt). We find our most successful partnerships are the ones where the Client is clear on what they will initially be handing off to their Advocate, the Client has a plan to get the Advocate integrated into their systems and familiar with their responsibilities, and the Client is available for questions as the Advocate is getting integrated into the role. Once the Advocate is onboarded, a weekly touch base (even 15 minutes) is key to ensuring you both are moving in the same direction.

Our Advocates are flexible and available during working hours in their respective time zones.

Yes! We always champion win-win solutions for both our Clients and Advocates.

Our minimum retainer is 5 hours/wk which shakes out to ~20 hours/month.

All of our Advocates are based in the United States. Most candidates find us through Indeed, LinkedIn, or word of mouth.
We believe our team is the best in the game. Some of our Advocates have Master’s Degrees while others have decades of administrative experience. The common thread is this: Our team of Advocates value making a difference in the lives of others. They are all looking to partner with incredible people (and companies) to elevate their lives, both personally and professionally. -
All of our Advocates can support up to 3 Clients at one time. Most of our Advocates are supporting 1 Client at a time. We ask all of our Advocates to commit to at least one year once paired with a Client to minimize any transitions throughout our partnership.

We know there are incredible agencies in this space and we’re honored to be a part of that! Our biggest differentiator is that we are boutique; we truly take the time to get to know you, your business, and your business needs. We also know our Advocates well (from their personalities to their skill sets). This makes for a highly personal and successful pairing process.

We learn more about you, your business, your pain points, and what you’re looking for in an EA
We go to our roster and select the Advocate we think could be best for you and your business.
You meet with your potential Advocate (for free!) so the two of you can make sure it’s a good fit
If it’s a green light for both you and the Advocate, we sign our first, month-long contract

Yes – we consider the future of your business when pairing you with an Advocate and consistently check in to make sure we're able to adapt to your businesses' needs.

For sure! All of our Advocates have HGF email addresses which you’re welcome to utilize as well. 9/10 of our Clients create an email for their Advocate within their business domain to help integrate the Advocate into their team and processes.

All Advocates are background checked and sign NDAs with HGF. If you need additional paperwork signed, just ask.
